Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by Pet Patties LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), you ("you" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided

​

Pet Patties LLC offers pet waste removal services for residential and commercial properties. Service includes locating, removing, and disposing of pet waste in accordance with local regulations.

Standard services include:

  • Scheduled waste pickup (weekly, bi-weekly, or custom)

  • Disposal of pet waste offsite

  • Sanitization or deodorizing (if selected)

3. Customer Responsibilities

​

To ensure safe and effective service, the customer agrees to:

  • Maintain access to the service area prior to service (yards must be unlocked and free of obstructions such as snow, leaves, or excessive debris).

  • Restrain aggressive pets during the time of service.

  • Notify us of changes to scheduling, access issues, or number of pets.

  • Disclose any known hazards (e.g., unsafe terrain, chemicals, or traps).

We reserve the right to skip service without refund if access is blocked or unsafe.

4. Billing and Payment

  • Services are billed monthly in advance and will automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • Accepted payment methods include:

    • Visa

    • Mastercard

    • American Express

    • Discover

    • Google Pay (GPay)

    • Apple Pay

  • By enrolling in our services, you authorize Pet Patties LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription or services.

  • All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment information directly.

  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. If payment fails or is not received within 5 days of the due date, your service may be suspended or terminated until payment is resolved.

  • Payment Disputes:
    If you believe there has been an error in billing or wish to dispute a charge, please contact us at petpattiesllc@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date. We will review your case promptly and resolve any verified discrepancies. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

​

  • Scheduled Services: You may cancel service at least 48 hours before your next scheduled visit to receive a full refund for that service period.

  • Subscription Renewals: Monthly subscriptions auto-renew. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the renewal date will not be refunded.

6. Missed or Rescheduled Visits

​

We may occasionally need to reschedule due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest convenience. No additional charge will be applied for service delays caused by us.

7. Limitation of Liability

​

Pet Patties LLC is not liable for:

  • Damage to lawns, landscaping, or surfaces as a result of normal wear or access unless due to clear negligence.

  • Illness or health issues caused by waste that was not visible or accessible during the scheduled service.

  • Issues arising from failure to maintain a clean environment between visits.

Our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid for that period.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will only use your information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to provide service or by law.

9. Termination of Service

​

We reserve the right to terminate service at any time for nonpayment, safety concerns, or abuse of staff. You may also terminate service at any time by notifying us in writing.

10. Governing Law

​

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms will be handled in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
